What sets us apart, besides being the ONLY locally owned and run wedding expo event in Ballarat, is our selection process for exhibitors. We are highly selective with our vendors to make sure that there is no over population of suppliers in each category, and carefully selecting each vendor, maintaining the high standards we are known for.
Our wedding fairs are well organised, well marketed and leave a lasting impression on attendees and our wonderful local wedding community (local legends).
We take pride in our community and actively contribute to its growth. That’s why we donate all proceeds from entry to support important local causes, making every participation in our fair a meaningful one.

“We had the pleasure of meeting Laura at the most recent Ivory Haus Wedding Fair held at Mecure.
The event itself was very well run on the day. There was great direction from Laura and her team to help to ensure we were ready the day before and she was alwa\ys available for any questions. We were thankful for the extra display of our furniture in the center of the room, which helped add to the room’s ambience. The layout was well thought out and the people flowed through at a good rate, giving the vendors time to chat with people and hand out their flyers etc.
There was a good selection of local and different vendors. Giving the clients a wide range to choose from, which was the main objective for the day, to provide local people with local hire/purchase options which ultimately would reduce the impact of the final costs for their special day.
We found that we benefited greatly from the pre-Fair advertising that Laura was running as part of the agreement, she did not disappoint. And the subsequent offers for further advertising opportunities are very well worth it.
